WOMEN IN QUARANTINE- locked down

Covid 19 (corona) is burning issue of today's world.Amid the global pandemic covid -19 , various social issues are rising.Some issues are imaginable and some could be beyond our thought , some can be more pandemic than corona pandemic itself as we are aware quarantine is not similar for all human beings. It has affected negatively for human and positively for Nature. I could see how beautiful is the world with no pollution, no wars, no crowd and no arguments. I am happy for nature. But how about as a married women or home stay mom or lets say a working mother will have to act during this lock down.Every people are affected due to pandemic lock down but this write up is specially dedicated to all those working women who now have extra responsibility towards home.

Having going through mothers life is no lesser than a quarantine .She has to stay within boundaries for her baby . If she takes baby for a tour, she is questioned if baby will have a flu, catch cold or wont adjust in that environment. She is responsible for every good or bad activities/incidents with the child. Not only a mother, in fact every girls/women whether married or unmarried is set to some kind of rules and regulations quite differently from male gender.But now, its been few days how Nature has been responding to the Earth and every living beings in same way. Its amazing how mother nature has allowed to stay within boundaries to all human beings .One human being has been a threat to another human being.Covid 19 hasn't differentiated any gender, any religion , any norms and values neither nothing.It has affected every human being on the planet.

But despite all these bad crucial period, a women especially a married women might be having different time .In a society where women is measured with impossible standards, it is quite challenging to balance home work and personal life balance.Having said that there are lots of great women who have successfully maintained a great family and great work ethics with stable economic status for her family.But, not all women would be able to tackle this scenario thus there seems a huge gap between men and women workforce.It is true it all depends on the perspective , yes all families are spending quality time together, all are eating together in same dining table , but lets have a deep insight to those women who are spending most of their time in kitchen , laundries and cleaning . On the other hand, there is another advantage of quarantine , there are extra members at home who can take care of her baby/babies.Before the lock down, she was all alone and have to complete most of house holds alone but now , she can find enough time to relax and have her own space.Baby enjoys a lot since he can play with so many people at home, he doesn't need any toys or pampering materials to play with , also he wont get engaged with gadgets.There is always a privilege of raising a kid in a family with more members.A quarantined mother also gets enough time to perform any creativity if she wishes. As an example, Even i am writing this article during my free time since other members in family are looking after my kid.

Lets talk about homeless women too who must be having really really difficult period during this quarantine.They are collecting pennies for survival. I hope government should also give some aid to such kind of people who must earn to eat during this lock down.We cannot even imagine the life of those street women who have kept their children in the yards and work to earn.

Also, there are women who are working in hospitals as nurses and doctors to serve people.Families of such women who are working outside are really worried about their lives .

On the other aspect, there are expectant pregnant women during this quarantine. They are mostly worried about their due dates which is coming nearer and nearer but the covid - 19 is not ending on anyway.

Now also lets think about those single women whose family just wept on the loss of a son or a husband. My father passed away few months ago with cardiac arrest , his loss has already been a huge loss to family and the society . While thinking about this lustful quarantine , I cannot express how my mother would have been feeling because she has lost a chance to go outside for a walk to heal her mind or go for shopping or go to her home.

Covid- 19 has finally taught us to live with the nature, it has given lesson to every human that humans are not superior, Nature is the ultimate ruler .If we destroy nature or go beyond rules of nature, Nature will always reward us in the similar way. Let us hope we all unite together and end this pandemic .

Quarantine is not the same for everyone.
